1. Self-diagnosis process
The F.A.T.C. module self test feature will detect electrical malfunction and provide error codes for system components with suspected failures.

DTC data can be retrieved from the control panel directly.

2. How to read self-diagnostic code
After the display panel flickers three times every 0.5 second, the corresponding fault code flickers on the setup temperature display panel every 0.5 second and will show two figures. Codes are displayed in numerical format.

     26      Intake door potentiometer motor
     27      AQS sensor open
     28      AQS sensor short
     31      AQS sensor fault
     34      Floor mode door potentiometer open/short

3. Multiple fault codes are displayed successively.
4. If fault codes are displayed during the check, Inspect malfunction causes by referring to fault codes.
5. Fail safe
(1) In-car temperature sensor: Control with the value of 25°C (77°F)
(2) Ambient temperature sensor: Control with the value of 20°C (67°F)
(3) Evaporator temperature sensor: Control with the value of -2°C (28.4°F)
(4) Water temperature sensor : control with the value of -2°C (28.4°F)
(5) Humidity sensor: Doesn't control.
(6) Photo sensor: None correction
(7) Temperature control actuator (Air mix potentiometer):
a. If temperature set 15°C-22°C, fix at maximum cooling position.
b. If temperature set 23°C-30°C, fix at maximum heating position.
(8) Mode control actuator (Direction potentiometer):
a. INDICATOR OFF : Door close position
b. INDICATOR ON : Door open position
(9) Intake control actuator
a. Fix fresh position, while selecting fresh mode.
b. Fix recirculation position, while selecting recirculation mode.

@Doberman :Credeam ca ai sesizat ironia din postul de mai sus .( initial voiam sa scriu vre-o 15 ani )
Adevarul adevarat este ca nu functioneaza . La tine functioneaza ?

100% functioneaza la Ceed cu climatizare.
La Rio inca nu an gasit.

@Dobermann : Mai sa fie ! Toate masinile vin cu climatizare . Prin climatizare , tu intelegi :functionare pe AC sau functionare automata ,Climatronic ? Ptr ca eu nu am Rio , dar am Climatronic si orisicit am incercat , nu imi arata nici un cod , nici de eroare dar nici de functionare normala .

@BAU: Si pentru Rio e aceeasi procedura. Urmeaza indicatiile din desenul postat de mine. Doar codurile de eroare difera. Daca iti apare altceva decat 00, spune si o sa incerc sa obtin semnificatiile lor.

@Akbhar ; Am aceste date cu mult timp inainte de a le posta voi .Inteleg suficient engleza ptr a aplica ce scrie acolo .Am incercat toate variantele posibile ( cu SW on sau off,alte combinatii de taste ,,, timp de 1 sec ,sau 4 sec ,etc ,etc).
Display-ul nu blink-aie, nu se modifica , nu arata nici un cod . (Climatronicul functioneaza perfect.)
Asta este problema !
PS :Incearca sa-mi explici in romana pasii facuti de tine si @Dobermann, poate cred eu ca sint prea destept si imi scapa ceva .

1. N-am climatizare automata, asa ca nu pot verifica.
2. Am dat copy/paste din documentatia tehnica de la Kia. Daca si ei scriu prostii....

Procedura ar fi urmatoarea:
- pui contactul
- tii apasat OFF
- apesi de 4 ori pe ventilatie in 2 secunde
=> esti in mod diagnostic si cu tasta AUTO defilezi printre codurile de eroare (care sper sa nu existe)
